Take a look at the -Mmad (or -Mmd), -Mar, and -Mt command line
options. Use them in that order to mark the original recipient as
delivered, add a new recipient, and then unfreeze. (If the message
wasn't frozen, you'd use -Mf first to freeze it.) You might also like to
use -M to force a delivery.
