[exim] Release candidate for 4.60 is available

I have put a release candidate for 4.60 in

Please test.

ALSO: the documentation has been updated for this release, and has been
produced from a DocBook XML file. I have put copies of all the various
formats (ps, pdf, texinfo, html) in the same ftp directory:

The .txt format is, of course, included in the release tarball.

Please take a look at the documentation and comment, especially if you
find any major screw-ups. I am aware that the formatting of some of the
styles is not as good as it might be. Things can only get better... :-)
