Hello Stephen.
Exim ACL is very powerfull to stop Malware and Trojan that have its own
smtp engin.
Case most of maleware or Trojan o Web Forms want to just connect a smtp
session and dump a mail.
And they do not care about rfc2821 .that if your server say please wait
for THREEGRUBE
or smtp_max_unknown_commands =
and that case your server will drop a session.
