Hi again,

new condition - same problem:

1) I've removed the SPF records for kormar.net (had a TTL of 43200).
2) I've added the 'control = submission' to my RCPT ACL (as suggested
below).
3) My Outlook 2000 is configured to use @kormar.net with POP, and @kormar.de
with IMAP.
4) Using only Outlook 2000 I sent 2 identical test messages to Hotmail (from
a remote location) - the @kormar.net is sorted in the "Junk E-Mail" folder,
while the @kormar.de is placed in the Inbox
5) I have not yet changed anything concerning my SpamA configuration (not
sure how to, yet).
6) I added PTR records for kormar.net (and mail.kormar.net) at the same time
I added SPR records) which I do not have for kormar.de.

Me

Now this seems to me to have nothing to do with any differences between
MS/Outlook and Linux/T-bird, which is what I first suspected. I'm still
puzzled. Does somebody know enough to check if my PTR records for
kormar.net are correct, or even needed?

If you can provide any more help I'd appreciate it!
Robert

You really should have mentioned that before we wasted our time on it.

In your RCPT ACL, check any accept clauses that are specific to
authenticated or local submission. In the default config, these are:

at the top...
accept hosts = :

and then near the bottom...
   accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts

accept authenticated = *

To each of these accept clauses (but none of the others, which accept
mail from remote hosts for local destinations), add:

           control = submission
