The thing to do is use to the data and mime ACL directives to block
unwanted types, and ideally use a virus scanner to back this up.

We could actually do with a batch of short specific example sets to go
in here - any volunteers to produce them?
BTW this only applies to exim 4.x (and really exim 4.5x) - but if you
are using exim 3 you really *should* upgrade to an exim 4 version as
soon as possible.
