You should read the logmessage more thourougly ;)
It seems the MX for inode.at had a failure recently and its retry
time has not been reached yet - so exim is deferring the message
until that time comes and then gives it another try to deliver it
(and all other mails it has stored for that particular address).

If this behaviour is not temporary, you should start searching the
logs for the initial error that caused the defer.

If you want to know when exim starts to deliver to that address
again, use "exinext juergen.heil@???".

Else you could just do an "exim -qff" and force the queue-run disregarding
retry-times and then check the log again.
