Is there a good reason the config was modified to use only
sender/recipient domains instead of the full addresses? Seems like a
dictionary attack lasting longer than 12 mins would get through this
setup. Yes?
Also it looks like the whitelisting functionality was stripped out of
this version (it is in the sipsolutions.net link). Seems a bit
confusing to offer a list of IP's to whitelist at the end, but
purposefully strip out the SQL code that handles it.
