[exim] smtp_accept_max and smtp_accept_queue

Hi, all!

Right now have I smtp_accept_max 220 and smtp_accept_queue 200 on our mailins
(3 servers).
They send the E-Mail to our "internal" Cluster (4 Server, with Exim too) for
Virus+Spam Check and then to save these on the Maildirs of the users.

I think these Values (smtp_accept_*) are too high...
Sometimes there are great Spam sends and our poor Cluster can't survive...

Which values use you?
