[exim] A little too eager

Hi. I've configured Exim 4+Dovecot. When I send mails from the host
however, Exim also picks those up and gives them to the Dovecot router.
But I really want Exim to send the mails out on the internet. How do I
tell it to distinguish between inbound and outbound mails?
