[exim] too many connections problem

Hi All

We have problem with our exim-4.44, in to mainlog file I found more "too
many connections" message.
I've set "smtp_accept_queue_per_connection = 2048", before we had set up
it to 120.
I still find in mainlog the message.
Do I need to setup a value still greater?
