I have these retry rules set up for mail accounts that are over their quota:
* quota_35d
* quota F,2h,15m; F,35d,1h
Together with the following delay warning settings:
delay_warning = 1h:4h:8h:24h:48h
However, some messages appear not to be being retried, and no delay warnings
for these are ever sent out.

The messages in question don't have any "Precedence" headers.
Anyone have any idea why it's not working?
