Subject: [exim-dev] documentation of protocol names
Sections 33.3 and 48.6 should say "esmtpsa or esmtpa" instead of just
"esmtpa". Also, 48.6 would be improved by a cross-reference to
$received_protocol, e.g.

For all messages, the P= field specifies the protocol used to receive the
message, from $received_protocol, which indicates whether or not any of
ESMTP, TLS, AUTH were used. If TLS was used, there is an additional X=
item which describes the cipher suite used to encrypt the connection. If
AUTH was used, there is an additional A= item followed by the name of the
authenticator that was used. If an authenticated identification was set up
by the authenticator's "server_set_id" option, this is logged too,
separated by a colon from the authenticator name.
