Erm...
IMO there are slight but important differences between "blocking" and
"filtering".
My MTA blocks messages because of unknown recipients or blacklist
queries, but it filters (and delivers) only messages that have not been blocked.
This diversion will make huge differences in CPU and I/O
consumption...
