roderik.nl has no MX RR, but A, which is ok. So it seems that your DNS
resolver is broken.
The output of "exim -d -bt tester@???" should include something like

DNS lookup of roderik.nl (MX) gave NO_DATA
returning DNS_NODATA
DNS lookup of roderik.nl (AAAA) gave NO_DATA

If roderik.nl should be handled by your Exim itself, your routers
configuration are also broken, so you should post the section.
