Hi all,
currently I am considering to offer SMTP-Auth to my users which would
(of course) require encryption. I'm hosting several domains and users
are used to connect to imap.domain or pop.domain, using their localpart
as login.
I'd like to tell them to connect to smtp.domain using their localpart as
login, but would require to have a dedicated certificate for each
domain. That's not really an issue, certificates and IP-addresses are
available without problems, but I can't find an option to tell exim to
use different certificates for different interfaces. :-(
Any ideas anyone? Of course I could tell everyone to connect to smtp.isp
and use "localpart@domain" as login, but that would break consistency
with my other services.
