[exim] New users to EXIM needing a little help.

I have been giving a short amount of time to get a down and dirty exim / dovecot server running so I am in need of some help. I have the server up and running and routing mail to the 3 users who are going to get mail and they are able to get it via POP3. My problem comes from the onslaught of messages from .hk and .tw email address either trying to send to my server or use my server as a relay.

I set it up so it doesn't pass any of the mails through but it has now gotten to the point where my exim is being delayed by about 3 hours because of all the traffic.

Is there a way in EXIM to just not process emails from certain domains or mail servers?

Would just dropping these packets on the FW be the best choice.

Please advice.
