Use partal- matching (section 9.5 of the spec).

You can put information in the value part of a lookup, which Exim puts
into $domain_data when the lookup matches. For example,
domainlist verify_list = partial-dbm;/etc/exim/run/verifylist.db
then put in the verifylist file
*.paypal.com paypal.com
