[exim] long delays on debian testing (mypost: rl3sept27)

Hi

I've just installed exim4 (light) and am having some probs. with long delays.

When I send a message it takes around 30 seconds to make it through the queue.

Here's logs (replaced my email domain with xxx to hinder harvesting):
