[exim] Vulnerability checking

Is there a protocol to check all known spoofing and
spam holes? One can go to a web site and send the
EICAR virus thingy in various configurations to check
virus protection at the email level. I was wondering
if such capability is available to make sure known
spam holes and other known vulnerabilities are not
left open.
