you should send your bounce to
$h_From: the From:-Message header
Both do not have to be the same.
See e.g. the mails of this list:
The first From_ is put there by final delivery and taken from envelope
from (that is the content of the "MAIL FROM:...." SMTP command)
From exim-users-bounces+hs=schlittermann.de@??? Wed Sep 07 15:45:01 2005
The second From: is the from your MUA put there.
From: Marc Perkel <marc@???>
Sometimes (depending on your config) you may find the From_ in the
Sender: Message-Header.
