In that case, either the remote system has been configured to ignore
your mailservers, or there is a routing issue along the way which seems
to affect only them. Get a tool called "tcptraceroute" to find out.
If it looks like the remote site is the issue, you'll need to
contact the site sysadmins via some other method to discuss it.
