Something is blocking SMTP traffic from your mail server to the
destination server. Could be one of these (or probably more):
- Firewall rules on your server
- Firewall at your site
- Firewall policies at your ISP (they might block port 25 and expect
you to use their mail relays instead)
- The remote system may have rules which block SMTP traffic from your site.
