The new source (in AsciiDoc) is in the CVS, but we do not have anonymous
access yet. (Actually, the old source is also there, but it's not in a
form that is of any use to you.) Once I start using the new source
properly (the next edition) I should probably arrange for the XML also
to be in the CVS.
