[exim] wishlist: mime_part_count_total and mime_nesting_dept…

Hi,

a bunch of people have asked for a dedicated variable
$mime_part_count_total storing the total number of encountered mime
parts so far.

Others have asked for a variable $mime_nesting_depth storing the current
depth of a mime part.

Those variables would make checking MIME anomalies in the MIME ACL
easier without the need to sacrifice one of the already rare acl variables.

Did these wishes make it to the wishlist?
