Not trying to extrapolate it to the world at large. But the list gets
the vast majority of them. The way I see it 90% or better reduction is a
good start.

That's an interesting assumption. I'm filtering for 350 domains and no
complaints. My Wells Fargo email gets through just fine because it comes
from Wells Fargo servers and the paypal and ebay stuff just work. I have
the most accurate spam filter on the planet and this makes it even better.
