[exim] LMTP error

A remote user complained that he is not able to send me a mail, when i
monitor exim I see the following error concerning that user mail. LMTP error
after DATA: 554 5.6.0 message contains invalid header. The same user is able
to send me a mail via another MTA.

Any idea about what happens?
