[exim] Announce: Exilog 0.5

Here's Exilog 0.5, including support for basic queue actions: delete,
cancel and forced delivery, plus a logging bugfix and a patch by Sven
Hartge.

Question: If I would add a really nice queue management frontend
to Exilog, are there people present who would pay, say, 99 bucks for it?
(The queue management addon tab only, the rest would still be GPL)
