Not unless your box is multi-homed, and each virtual domain's MC
points at a different IP address. At connect time, the only
information you have available is the IP address of the remote client
and the local IP address it connected to.

Point all the virtual domain's MX records at the same cannonical
name, and use that name in the banner. There's no need to "brand"
the MX target hostname, let alone the hostname in the SMTP banner
message. No human sees or cares about them.
