BUT enough of the body NEEDS to be sent to make the rejection
useful in most cases.

Bounces to unauthenticated users are really bad in
almost all cases.

REJECTION is the appropriate behavior for mail you
cannot deliver but cannot authenticate.

Once you take the message it is YOURS, and should not
be sent to anyone who didn't "send or expect it."

If your email server isn't setup to deal with the mail
you ACCEPT then don't expect random people (truly random
Joe admins) to do your job for you.
