So, doesn't this imply, that QUOTA_EXTRA allready contains the "SELECT
a.user_id ..." thingy instead of the String 'QUOTA_STANDARD' when it
comes to "quota = ..." evaluation? I'd therefor presume the problem is
something non-macro related.
Running exim in debug mode should print the SQL query in use, to easily
verify macro expansion, though.
