I used popb4smtp in conjunction with tpop3d and the feature to execute
after sucesessfull pop3 connection a mysql statement. It was just an
insert into table with username, domain, ip and the timestamp.

after that I checked in an acl, the client coming from
an specific ip against the sql table.

Quite simple.
