To all:
I am hosting a website for my condo community at a company called A Small
Orange (
www.asmallorange.com) and they are using Exim 4.51 as a mail server.
I want to set up email accounts for all the residents but I want to allow
them to change their own passwords, enter a vacation messages and/or set up
their own personal exim filters but the admins at ASO tell me I can only do
that via Cpanel. Is that true??

where someone said he can do it with a PHP page but that email address
bounces so I can't ask him.
Any help would be appreciated.
