None at all. Entries in that file are just 'strings'.

You could try to connect to one (or two) of the hotmail.com and aol.com
MXes directly from your machine which is being blocked and simulate an
SMTP session. You will get exactly why they block your server.

You should then act on that information. I hope you understand what I
mean.

Also look at your exim configuration for things that might make you an
open relay. You may post your whole exim config here for people to look
at and advise.

You did not tell us what aol and hotmail servers give you when rejecting
mail from your server! It would have been a bit easier on us.
