Aha. You should use the contact form and ask AOL what's really going
on. The explanation doesn't look as if the block occurred because of
DNS issues.

In the meantime, you should ask your sales contact at Deutsche Telekom
to add a reverse DNS entry of the following form:

75.111.91.217.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR kormar.de.
