[exim] Exim/Exiscan and Spamassassin headers

Is there a way to add the old X-Spam-Status header with Exim/Exiscan? It
used to look like:

X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.5 required=4.0 tests=AWL,IMPRONONCABLE_1                                  
        autolearn=no version=2.63

I am using Exim 4.52 with near defaults for the exiscan acl header
addition:

  warn  message = X-Spam-Score: $spam_score ($spam_bar)
        spam = nobody:true
  warn  message = X-Spam-Report: $spam_report
        spam = nobody:true

  # Add X-Spam-Flag if spam is over system-wide threshold
  warn message = X-Spam-Flag: YES
       spam = nobody
