[exim] need to make exception for protocol violator

2005-07-08 08:05:52 SMTP protocol violation: synchronization error (input sent without waiting for greeting): rejected connection from H=[666.42.7.11] input="helo foux.psg.com\r\n"

this is correct. problem is this is a tweaky hardware device
trying to send a message about its status, and there is not a
chance in hell that i will get it to really do smtp handshake.

can i hack an exception for it by ip address?
