You already asked this question two days ago. It's impolite to repeat
yourself like this.
LDAP was not designed with internationalized character sets in mind, and
there are known interoperability problems in this area. The IETF is
currently developing new specifications to fix these problems, but in the
mean time you are probably out of luck.
