[exim] smtp_* limits in ACLs?

I'm thinking about moving some of the smtp_* resource controls into an
acl specifically smtp_accept_max_per_host. I've had a quick look and
can't find if the information I'll need has been pushed into variables
accessible from the acls.

Anyone got any pointers ?
