Consider LDAP_LOOKUP_PEOPLE and LDAP_LOOKUP_GROUPS are marcos for your
LDAP lookups (user mailboxes and lists), a deny statement could look
like this (not tested!):

 deny message = recipient unknown
      domains = +local_domains
      !condition = \
      ${if or { {match {LDAP_LOOKUP_PEOPLE}{.+}}\
            {match {LDAP_LOOKUP_GROUPS}{.+}}\
              }\
              {1}{0}\
       }

Place it at the top of your RCPT-ACL.
