    There isn't.  Headers can be in any order with the only exception being
Received being prepended at each step and Exim prepending Return-Path,
Envelope-To and Delivery-Date.  Not sure if those three need to be but they
generally are.


    Outside of those any MUA generated headers can go whereever.
