Hi, with my experience, you MUST to check the Input Output (IO) of the
disks.
Generaly, the number under the "b" column, has to be 0, that means no
delay. Any way is a good idea to check the disks, or NFS if you use a
central storage.
Also, the "r" value seems to high to me, maybe you can add more RAM too.
