If they come from a fixed ip, I believe smtp_reserve_hosts would do the
trick...

Sometimes the load goes up and my Exim is configured to queue_only in these
situations, but, I have some important customers that cannot wait to receive

or send mail.

Are there any command to never queue some hosts and always try to immediate
delivery?
