If you think about sending, than I'd suppose, it's problem of your IP
routing to use the right (or left) interface.

If you think about some acl or similar stuff, then there's a variable
$interface_address. Probably you can use it for further processing.

I'm not sure if exim knows (or if it should know) about the interface
*names*. If I would be exim, I wouldn't care about such quite low level
stuff. [But I'm not sure, If exim really doesn't know about such....]
