Why did you dig for occompt.com when the recipient domain was
comptroller.co.orange.fl.us?
FWIW, the public DNS for comptroller.co.orange.fl.us is a bit messed
up, but not enough to give this error. ns1.occompt.com has an out-of-
date version of the zone file, in which there is a priority 10 MX
record pointing to a non-existant host.
