I noticed that you have a typo in one of your dns lists.
rblplus.mail-abuse.org should be rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org
That lists does contain an entry for 127.0.0.2.
# host 2.0.0.127.rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org
2.0.0.127.rbl-plus.mail-abuse.org has address 127.1.0.15
