[exim] condition error

Lo all,

Should be fairly straight forward, what's wrong? :)

condition = "${if and { {$interface_port}{10025} {!eq
{$received_protocol}{spam-scanned}}} {0}{1}}"

Basically, I want if port is 10025 and protocol is spam-scanned, do not
execute the router....
