No. Exim doesn't have multiple queues in the way that Postfix does, and
Exim always runs all the routers whenever a queued message is retried. So
most of the special functions of "postsuper -r ALL" are meaningless to
Exim. The closest equivalent is just a queue run, perhaps "exim -qff" to
force a retry of all messages.
