This is a ugly hack, but shouldn't this work then:
condition = ${if match{X$local_part}{X${lookup pgsql{SELECT '([0-9]+)' \
    WHERE '${quote_pgsql:$domain}' = 'tmueller.com'}}}{yes}{no}}


It doesn't, it matches always too.
