Question: Does the acl_smtp_connect occur before or after the expansion
of the smtp_max main configuration variables?
Goal: I want to limit the number of concurrent dnsbl'd hosts to X, but
dnsdb lookups don't allow me to specify the dns server to use and I
don't know that there is a variable which says how many concurrent
connections X IP is using (which would be handy, but sounds like a
nasty problem)
PS: I know could use a ${runrc} expansion, but that's dirty
