I just sent a message to the exim-dev mailing list, and it was
immediately bounced by my exim server with the message "retry time not
reached for any host after a long failure period". I've never seen this
before, and it seems quite strange to me. Does anyone have any ideas?
The bounce message (including headers of the original message to
exim-dev) was:

host sesame.csx.cam.ac.uk [131.111.8.41] MX=5
and tracert shows good connectivity to sesame.csx.cam.ac.uk. I'm
stumped. Any ideas what might have caused this?
